A Nationally Recognized Trial Lawyer, Jonathan V. Pierre, Esq. focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and civil rights.
Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with a concentration in Health Law. While in law school, he was an editor of the Nova Law Review, a member of the NSU Trial Team, and Vice President of the Health Law Society. Prior to attending law school, Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis from Florida A&M University.
Following his passion for helping others, Jonathan began his legal career as a Civil Rights Attorney and joined a legal practice that focused on representing children who have been abused, neglected, catastrophically injured, and sexually victimized while in foster care. Motivated to understand how insurance companies work, Jonathan joined a prominent civil defense firm with a focus on healthcare and personal injury litigation. After representing insurance companies and hospital systems, Jonathan decided to leave defense work and focus on representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Jonathan is passionate about fighting for the people with the most need. He remains very involved in the community, and he is inspired every day by his wife and two children. Jonathan makes time to mentor young adults and law students through his work with his alma mater.

Jessica is also a seasoned litigator and is now fully focused on Personal Injury. Prior to joining Dream Team Law, she specialized in matters of Family and Matrimonial law, Probate and Estates, Trusts, Immigration, Domestic Violence, and Criminal Law.
Ms. Diaz graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Minor Degree in Political Science in 2010. In 2014, she graduated from Ave Maria School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree. During her time at Ave Maria, Ms. Diaz became a member of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, Women’s Law Association, and Immigration Law Society.
Prior to Graduating from law school, Ms. Diaz worked as a Legal Intern for Miami Dade Police Department, focusing on Money Laundering and forfeiture cases. Following her graduation, Ms. Diaz became an Associate Attorney at a prominent South Florida Law Firm where she handled numerous cases in the previously mentioned practice areas. She has represented clients in family law, as well as various civil law matters throughout Florida.
Ms. Diaz is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a native of South Florida and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Joshua E. Rasco is an experienced commercial litigator who has handled a wide range of complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His experience includes real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation, business disputes, mass tort and personal injury. As a partner at Dream Team Law, Mr. Rasco spearheads the firm’s personal injury litigation team, where he has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
In the early stages of his journey in the legal profession, Mr. Rasco gained valuable experience at a boutique aviation and mass tort litigation firm in Miami. He was fortunate to have built the foundation of his legal career working on several high-profile cases, including the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370, an S.E.C. enforcement action arising from the Rothstein $1.2 billion Ponzi Scheme, and mass tort litigation against one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
In 2013, Mr. Rasco earned his JD degree from NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he made the Dean’s List in each of his three years of attendance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University, where he studied communications. Mr. Rasco is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Yelina is a seasoned litigation attorney specializing in Civil and Business Litigation, Contract Drafting and Disputes, Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy, Residential and Commercial Landlord-Tenant matters and Personal Injury. At Dream Team Law, she focuses primarily on Personal Injury and leads our team of legal professionals in Florida.
Ms. Angulo graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and two minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Ms. Angulo then followed to graduate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law with her Juris Doctor Degree.
Additionally, Ms. Angulo was the founding President of the Cuban American Bar Association Student Chapter where she organized several events to raise awareness in the community of minorities within the legal field. Ms. Angulo also received various awards during her tenure at Nova including making Dean’s List and was recognized with the Honorable Margarita Esquiroz Scholarship. Ms. Angulo also interned for the Honorable John J. Murphy in the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County.
Following her graduation, Ms. Angulo became an Associate Attorney at a prominent South Florida Law Firm where she handled numerous cases in the previously mentioned practice areas as well as Personal Injury cases. Ms. Angulo has represented clients in Family Law matters and Foreclosure Defense matters throughout Florida. Chanel Payne specializes in personal injury, family immigration and family law. What she enjoys most about being a lawyer is continuing to be of service to those in need in her community. She works closely with Catholic Charities which led to a niche specialty in handling special immigrant juvenile cases for children sent to the border on their own.
Chanel graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2008. Subsequently, she earned her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2013, becoming licensed to practice law in Georgia in 2014.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In addition to running her own law firm, Chanel created her own nonprofit to handle pro bono casework, Atlanta Immigration Coalition, where she seeks to help youth who achieved immigration status adjustments through Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) remain in the United States. In addition, she remains in touch with many of the juveniles she has helped with their immigration cases, including taking them on college tours.
Felix has ten years of experience representing clients and business owners. He attended the University of Illinois where he received a BA in Philosophy and obtained his juris doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law.
He has served as general counsel to small and medium sized businesses in the areas of Corporate, Employment, Litigation and Real Estate. Felix has also partnered with clients to evaluate key areas of the business for which a legal strategy is necessary for the long term success and sustainability of the business.
Felix is a past Board member of the Hispanic Lawyers’ Association of Illinois, is on the associate board of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation, is a Director with Health Care Alternative Systems (HAS), and is currently President of the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois Charities.

For over two decades, Anthony J. Russo, Jr. has handled thousands of consumer justice and personal injury lawsuits and has successfully litigated and tried cases throughout the United States.
Anthony J. Russo Jr. attended Fordham University and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from SUNY at Albany. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in Broward County, Florida. Anthony has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995 and is also admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.
Anthony is an active member of the Florida Justice Association, Broward County Justice Association, National Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Florida Lawyers Action Group. Anthony also devotes his personal time to a variety of social and charitable causes.
He serves as the Legal pro bono supervisor for MADD’s Court Monitoring Program. Anthony sits on the Board of Directors of Counselors Advocating Resources for Everyone in Florida (CARE FLA) and the Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention (F.I.S.P.). He served as the 2007-2008 President of the Rotary Club of Weston and is a former Board Director of the Sheinberg Family YMCA of Broward County.
Anthony is the founder of Stealth Baseball Team, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit Youth Travel Baseball Organization. Stealth Baseball is the largest youth Travel Baseball program in Palm Beach County, Florida. Having assisted over 350 High School players in their placement in college, Stealth remains committed to its mission of providing every Stealth youth the ability to play the highest level of competitive baseball at the most affordable cost.
