Ms. Diaz graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Minor Degree in Political Science in 2010. In 2014, she graduated from Ave Maria School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree. During her time at Ave Maria, Ms. Diaz became a member of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, Women’s Law Association, and Immigration Law Society.
Prior to Graduating from law school, Ms. Diaz worked as a Legal Intern for Miami Dade Police Department, focusing on Money Laundering and forfeiture cases. Following her graduation, Ms. Diaz became an Associate Attorney at a prominent South Florida Law Firm where she handled numerous cases in the previously mentioned practice areas. She has represented clients in family law, as well as various civil law matters throughout Florida.
Ms. Diaz is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a native of South Florida and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Yelina is a seasoned litigation attorney specializing in Civil and Business Litigation, Contract Drafting and Disputes, Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy, Residential and Commercial Landlord-Tenant matters and Personal Injury. At Dream Team Law, she focuses primarily on Personal Injury and leads our team of legal professionals in Florida.
Ms. Angulo graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and two minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Ms. Angulo then followed to graduate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law with her Juris Doctor Degree.
Additionally, Ms. Angulo was the founding President of the Cuban American Bar Association Student Chapter where she organized several events to raise awareness in the community of minorities within the legal field. Ms. Angulo also received various awards during her tenure at Nova including making Dean’s List and was recognized with the Honorable Margarita Esquiroz Scholarship. Ms. Angulo also interned for the Honorable John J. Murphy in the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County.
Following her graduation, Ms. Angulo became an Associate Attorney at a prominent South Florida Law Firm where she handled numerous cases in the previously mentioned practice areas as well as Personal Injury cases. Ms. Angulo has represented clients in Family Law matters and Foreclosure Defense matters throughout Florida. Ms. Angulo is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Chanel Payne specializes in personal injury, family immigration and family law. What she enjoys most about being a lawyer is continuing to be of service to those in need in her community. She works closely with Catholic Charities which led to a niche specialty in handling special immigrant juvenile cases for children sent to the border on their own.
Chanel graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2008. Subsequently, she earned her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2013, becoming licensed to practice law in Georgia in 2014.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In addition to running her own law firm, Chanel created her own nonprofit to handle pro bono casework, Atlanta Immigration Coalition, where she seeks to help youth who achieved immigration status adjustments through Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) remain in the United States. In addition, she remains in touch with many of the juveniles she has helped with their immigration cases, including taking them on college tours.
Felix has ten years of experience representing clients and business owners. He attended the University of Illinois where he received a BA in Philosophy and obtained his juris doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law.
He has served as general counsel to small and medium sized businesses in the areas of Corporate, Employment, Litigation and Real Estate. Felix has also partnered with clients to evaluate key areas of the business for which a legal strategy is necessary for the long term success and sustainability of the business.
Felix is a past Board member of the Hispanic Lawyers’ Association of Illinois, is on the associate board of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation, is a Director with Health Care Alternative Systems (HAS), and is currently President of the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois Charities.

Mark A. Panzavecchia principal practice areas are personal injury, negligence, toxic tort litigation, premises liability, criminal defense and commercial litigation. As an accomplished trial attorney, he has successfully tried numerous civil and criminal cases mostly in New York and Florida. He now has broadend his reach beyond New York and Florida serving as our Texas attorney supporting clients in the Lone Star State.
In 2001, after the devastating attacks suffered on the World Trade Center, Mark personally handled three separate victim compensation fund claims, relating to personal injuries and wrongful death. Working these claims on a pro bono basis, Mark conducted damage award hearings before the September 11th Victims Compensation Board in order to maximize the damage award pursuant to the guidelines of the Fund.
Mark graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in finance from the University of Delaware and earned his law degree from University of Illinois at Chicago. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas, New York and Florida as well as the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Mark is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, United States District Court, Southern District of New York, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
