2) No Legal Advice; No Attorney–Client Relationship

Your use of the Site or communications with Dream Team Law do not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only through a written agreement signed by you and Dream Team Law.
Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this Site or via text message unless and until we confirm representation in writing.

7) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P / 10DLC)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Dream Team Law:
Program purpose: appointment scheduling, consultation reminders, intake follow-up, case status updates (where appropriate), document requests, and customer support related to legal services.
Message frequency: varies based on your interaction and case needs.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
No condition of purchase: Consent to receive texts is not required to obtain services.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, videos, design, layout, and software) is owned by or licensed to Dream Team Law and protected by intellectual property laws. 12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Team Law shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or communications with us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by law, Dream Team Law’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed $100.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream Team Law from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
14) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes related to these Terms or the Site shall be in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
